Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy and unless expressly provided otherwise, the words and expressions listed below are defined as follows:

Client means a person who uses, has used, or requests to use CentreCondo's products or services.

Policy means this Privacy Policy as amended, modified, enhanced, or replaced from time to time, a copy of which: (i) is available to Customers on our website (at the following address: ); or (ii) is available by contacting our customer service department by email (at information@centrecondo.ca).

Applicable legislation or Law refers to all rules applicable in Quebec and in any other province where CentreCondo’s services, goods or products are provided, including federal laws, in particular legislation applicable to the protection of Personal Information, consumer protection, e-commerce and information technology.

Personal information refers to any information concerning an identifiable individual, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, certain unique technological identifiers (IP address, IMSI/IMEI, MAC address), your credit information, as well as information relating to your age, gender, family situation, opinions, etc.

Principle 2. – Determining the purposes of collecting Information

CentreCondo collects Personal Information for the following purposes, among others:

To establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with its Customers;

To understand the interests, needs, expectations, and preferences of its Customers in order to enhance its products and services and offer new ones;

Detect and prevent potential fraud or illegal, improper, or inappropriate use of CentreCondo's products and services by ensuring that effective, reliable, and secure systems are in place;

Provide the products and services requested by the Customer, as well as invoice them and collect payment for invoices;

Comply with laws and regulations.

CentreCondo will use all means of communication to inform the Customer, before or at the time of collecting Personal Information, of the purposes for which it is being collected. CentreCondo will provide details on the purposes of the collection to the Customer upon request, or refer the Customer to someone who can answer their questions.

Principle 3. – Consent

Every Customer must be informed of any collection, use, or disclosure of Information concerning them and must consent to it, unless it is not appropriate or required to do so.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude data and consent from the sender of the SMS; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Principle 4. – Limitation of collection

CentreCondo may only collect Information necessary for the purposes identified and must do so fairly and lawfully.

Principle 5 – Limiting use, disclosure, and retention

CentreCondo will not use or disclose Personal Information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, unless the Customer consents or the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
